The Embrace

CA$1,875.00

About the Art: This sculpture is about the trust and love between a girl and a horse. I emphasized their size difference: a big muscular horse and a tiny girl with oversized overalls. The horse could easily crush the girl, but instead they are gently embracing. As a teen I had a horse for a brief time who was a “hugger”.

Material: Cold Cast Bronze Resin

Size: 11” (h) x 14” (w) x 6” (d)

Weight: 12 lbs

Year Completed: 2022

FEATURED in the Federation of Canadian Artists 2025 Calendar (February)

WILL BE EXHIBTING & ON SALE at Art Society of Strathcona County - Spring Show and Sale Sherwood Park Ottewell Barn - Apr 25-27
